Rights and obligations: renter
1. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
2. Prices shown are the prices per night and per week, tax included.
3. Cleaning, electricity, gas, water, use of towels and bedclothes are all included in the price.
4. Please leave the cave in neat condition when departing. Any breakages or damage should be reported to the management agent. Cave will be inspected at time of departure and deposit returned if satisfactory.
5. The cave is available from 15:00 pm on arrival date until 11:00 am on departure date (these times can be flexible if there is no other booking).
6. Carramaiza is a quiet location - please no noisy groups

Payments
7. A deposit equivalent to one nights stay is taken at time of booking with the outstanding balance being paid a month before arrival
8. 100 euros refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages or breakages - this is taken through paypal just before arrival and returned to you after you leave.
9. Preferred payment is through Paypal (www.paypal.co.uk) which is free to use and allows payments by credit or debit cards and also by bank transfer
10. Other payment options are available which can be discussed at time of booking.
11. If staying in April or October there is a firewood supplement of 3 euros per day.

12. Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the cave house (by the renter):
- 6 weeks or more before arrival date: Full refund minus paypal fee *
- 4 or more weeks (and less than 6) before arrival date: 75% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: No refund
In case of early departure or no use of the cave house, the renter has no right on refunds.

13. Cueva Carramaiza is not responsible in case of circumstances beyond one's control.

* If payment is through paypal refunds can be made within 60 days of original payment with no charge, after that a fee applies to the orginal payment. Therefore, after 60 days the refund will be the full amount minus this fee.
Refunds through paypal may be subject to fluctuating interest rates - calculated by paypal, so the amount returned could be slightly different to the original amount.
Refunds through bank transfers: Any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.
